Your creative oases in the Mami Club:

Through painting/drawing:

 

  • ...you relax. Painting can be a calming and meditative experience that helps you shed your mental baggage and calm down. 
  • ...you are automatically creative. Drawing and painting are creative processes and can help to release emotional blocks. It doesn't matter if you create something "artistically valuable" or just doodle away. 
  • ...you will be distracted and feel good. Worries and anxieties in everyday life disappear as soon as you concentrate fully on your drawing and your colours. Painting releases endorphins that make you feel good and happy.

Through writing/journaling...:

 

  • ...you get self-reflection. You get to know yourself better, recognise limiting beliefs and patterns. 
  • ...you reduce stress. By writing down your thoughts and feelings, you can reduce fears and worries and usually feel freer and lighter afterwards. 
  • ...you develop yourself personally. Through writing you can define and reflect on your goals, dreams and values more clearly.

Through dance and movement...:

 

...you feel happier. Dancing releases happiness hormones - you feel better and more satisfied. 
...your body feels relaxed. Dancing increases the heart rate and improves blood circulation. Muscle tension and stress symptoms such as headaches or insomnia are reduced.
...you get to know other people. Dance, music and movement bring people together and promote social interaction. Dancing together is fun!

Through meditation...:

 

...you get clarity. Meditation can help you calm your mind. It may make it easier for you to make difficult decisions or focus on a task.
...you become more mindful. You will feel more quickly when your batteries are empty, which people are not good for you and what really matters in your life. 
...you sleep better. Meditating lowers your stress level, calms your body and mind and leads to a deeper and more restful sleep.

Through music..:

 

...you reduce stress. Music and singing ensure that you release less cortisol (stress hormone) and reduce stress. 
...are simply fun. Music and singing are true happiness inducers. When you make music, you feel more joy and satisfaction.

The Mami Club is exclusively for inspiration and for exchanging ideas with us and like-minded mothers. It can give you impulses and spark creativity out of you. 

In no way does it (or any other of our offers) provide a "panacea" against mental stress or the absolute "recipe for happiness". We don't think there is such a thing either.
